"A regular customer of ours scratched the ticket here and could hardly believe it ," say Manuela Collu, owner of the business, and her husband Emanuele Bernardini, still excited. Half a million winnings that go to a young resident of the city: " A worker used to earning his salary every month, we are happy that he is the lucky one ."
