"Too long to count the 211 thousand signatures". This is the objection raised to Sardinian politics by the committees that have brought forward the petition in favor of the popular initiative law Pratobello 24 against speculation in renewables in Sardinia.

The same committees fear a bureaucratic-institutional “traffic jam” between Pratobello 24 itself and the bill on suitable areas drawn up by the Todde Council.

For this reason, the groups that have spent weeks collecting signatures say they are ready to return to the streets, like last October 2, when thousands participated in the demonstration to present the signatures collected to the regional council.

"We must hurry" is the watchword of the committees, claiming the "speciality" of Sardinia in urban planning matters to block as soon as possible "the ongoing devastation and the wind and photovoltaic assault".
