Plundered Sardinian beaches: 250 kilos of sand return to Chia

There are 250 kilos of sand that tourists took away from the Chia coasts last summer and have now returned to their places of origin.

To bring them back to the beach of Su Giudeu ( Domus de Maria ) were the volunteers of the Sardinia stolen and plundered association.

The perpetrators of the thefts, they explain, are people “who obviously have not been able to appreciate such beauty with the respect it deserves. People we hope to never see again on our island " .

The findings were made above all at the departure of tourists from the Cagliari airport of Elmas.
