A 35-year-old from Cagliari was reported on the loose for driving under the influence of alcohol. The Pirri carabinieri, at the end of the checks carried out for an intervention on the road, subjected him to an ethometer test. The man, who was behind the wheel of a car owned by another person, showed a BAC of 1.65 grams per liter at the first check and 1.72 per second, therefore more than 3 times the maximum limit allowed.

His license was withdrawn and the car was subjected to administrative seizure.
