Love and knife. A trial opened in recent days in the court in Sassari, which sees a fifty-six-year-old from Alghero accused of aggravated injuries. She is accused of having, in 2023, stuck a knife in her partner's back at the end of an argument in the Catalan city. An act that would also have been provoked by excessive alcohol and, moreover, "experienced" live on the telephone by her son who, as soon as he understood the seriousness of the incident, alerted the emergency services .
The victim, also 56 years old, fortunately got out of it with “only” 15 days of prognosis and would like to withdraw the complaint. Choice prevented by the crime of assault, furthermore with the aggravating circumstance of the use of the weapon which, by law, leads to the continuation of the trial.
On another judicial front, the woman, defended by the lawyer Fabiano Baldinu, has already been ordered to leave the man's home .
