Road accident along state road 128 between Ovodda and Gavoi. An articulated lorry - carrying a large slab of granite - overturned after going off the road.

The driver was unharmed and suffered only a few abrasions treated by the 118 doctors and the Ovodda medical guard.

The police forces and firefighters of the Nuoro provincial command were on site to recover the articulated lorry. The causes of the accident are to be ascertained. It cannot be ruled out that the driver lost control of the vehicle due to the asphalt made slippery by the rain .
