Bomb alert at Consorzio Uno, home of the University of Oristano. Via Carmine and the nearby streets of the historic center are blocked, the university was immediately evacuated by the municipal police and the State police. We are waiting for the bomb squad to arrive.

According to initial information , the alarm was raised because a gun and two hand grenades were found inside a box with old books and documents. They should be war relics, but experts are awaiting their findings.

The box was supposedly donated to the university along with other old books.
