Orgosolo, 10 year old boy falls from horse: hospitalized with head trauma

A 10-year-old boy who fell from a horse in Orgosolo suffered a head injury.

The accident happened around 11.30 am today, while the community is celebrating the Cortes Apertas event. The little boy is hospitalized at the San Francesco hospital in Nuoro.

After the fall he was rescued by the ambulance staff, but the doctors, in light of the dynamics of the events and the patient's age, arranged for him to be transferred to the emergency room on board Echo Lima 1 , the Areus helicopter that took off from the Olbia base.
