Ollolai, illegal marijuana plantation: 1000 plants seized, two reports

One seizure leads to another . The State Police continues its activity in the province of Nuoro to combat the production and dealing of narcotics .

In recent days , agents from the Gavoi Police Station, in the Ollolai area, seized a large hemp plantation, consisting of approximately 1000 plants for a total weight of 4.5 tons , containing a THC level 30 times higher than the legal threshold allowed.

Specifically, two people were reported, one for production and trafficking of narcotics and the other for being the manager of the land.

The Nuorese area, due to a series of circumstances, both climatic and due to the low human presence in the territory, continues to confirm itself as the territory of choice for the cultivation of marijuana.
