Carabinieri officers from the Cagliari Labor Inspectorate have reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office the sole director of a company owned by a restaurant located in the city center.

Inspections conducted by the Carabinieri revealed violations of workplace health and safety regulations.

In particular, the employer is accused of failing to subject its employees to the required medical examinations, which are necessary for the health surveillance of workers while carrying out their operational duties.

Following the inspection, fines and penalties totaling over €2,800 were imposed, and the competent judicial authority was contacted to assess the case.
