Many people are in their cars returning home after a sunny Easter Monday spent outdoors. A few accidents (no particularly serious incidents reported so far). And construction sites, which between Terra Mala and the interior are monitored by traffic lights necessary to regulate traffic. But there's also a vehicle that has broken down.

All the factors are there to turn the end of Easter Monday into a nightmare for hundreds of motorists heading towards Cagliari and its hinterland.

Traffic is blocked along the entire new 554, heading west: the bottleneck, as usual, is at the narrowing for the old 125 (or 554) at the Flumini turnoff. A vehicle is also stuck here and won't restart, further exacerbating the problem.

The situation changes little on Provincial Road 17, which then becomes Via Leonardo da Vinci in Quartu: here too, long lines of cars.

Problems also occurred on the Carlo Felice due to an accident near Nuraminis.
