The guarantee interrogation of Antonio Luigi Fiori is expected for tomorrow morning , the 48-year-old homeless man suspected of murdering and concealing the body of Nicola Pasquarelli , the 78-year-old man who was beaten to death two weeks ago and whose charred body was found last Saturday in a wood in via Piandanna in Sassari .
The hearing for Fiori, defended by lawyers Elisabetta Udassi and Roberto Risi, will be held before the investigating judge Gian Paolo Piana in the Bancali prison .

The motive of the crime would be jealousy which resulted, at the height of a violent quarrel, in the brutal assault on the victim.
