New ferry ("the largest in the world", as it was sponsored), old problems: there are five hours of delay accumulated by the Moby Fantasy, the ship arrived from the Chinese shipyards and has just been placed by the Onorato company on the Olbia-Livorno route.

The departure was scheduled at 10pm yesterday from the Tuscan port. But when all the passengers were already on board, the ropes didn't let go. No communication from the loudspeakers, just a long wait which, according to witnesses, lasted until 3 am, when the ferry was able to leave.

The problem, but there is no official confirmation, would have been linked to a tailgate sensor: without activation, the Moby fantasy could not set sail.

Docking was scheduled for 7 this morning: the passengers set foot on the quay of the White Island only around noon.
