Work has been completed on the lighting system at the Tortolì roundabout on the SS 125 Var “Nuova Orientale Sarda” state road.
Anas has announced: the new system features 20 10-meter-high lighting poles with high-efficiency LED technology . Sixty LED delineators have also been installed along the inner ring of the roundabout to improve nighttime visibility.
The project, worth a total of approximately €191,000, Anas wrote in a statement, "was carried out as part of the completion of the Tertenia-Tortolì section of the "Nuova Orientale Sarda" state road, with the aim of increasing road safety standards, especially at night."
An intervention that has actually been expected for years, given that that point has often been the scene of accidents.
