Meeting in the Region for the future of the stadium in Cagliari.
The Department of the Environment, the Municipality of Cagliari and Cagliari Calcio sat around the table to take stock of the project.
The focus is on the analysis of the most relevant aspects regarding the observations on the procedure for the release of the Paur, or the old Via ( Environmental Impact Assessment ).
A comparison to close the process in the shortest possible time through an agreed intervention plan.
For Palazzo Bacaredda, the mayor Massimo Zedda was present, for Cagliari the president Tommaso Giulini , the board member Stefano Signorelli and the general manager Stefano Melis participated.
Everyone agreed on the desire to proceed together towards a solution to arrive at the next steps that will then lead to the international tender and therefore to the opening of the construction site for the demolition of the old Sant'Elia and the subsequent construction of the new plant.
A further intermediate “technical” meeting is planned in the next few days.
