Gabriele Cabras, the twenty-year-old accused of the murder of Gabriele Pergola, has been sent to the Court of Assizes for trial . (HERE IS THE NEWS OF THE MURDER) . The hearing is set for September 18th at 9am.

The young man, defended by the lawyer Giovanni Cabras , and the victim - according to reconstructions - met last July in a bed and breakfast in Quartucciu. There they would have had an argument, which then degenerated: the boy would have thrown himself on the 43-year-old, throwing him to the ground and then strangling him with a towel. Once killed, he would have moved away but was identified thanks to the surveillance cameras of the structure and those scattered in the area, while he was walking in Sinnai.

Civil parties in the trial are the victim's father, Paolo Pergola (lawyer Fausto Argiolas), his sister Tamara and his mother Maria Luisa Stochino (lawyer Mauro Massa).
