Muravera, a thousand seats at the table: "Su Cumbidu" is a success

Add a place at the table, along the via Roma of Muravera. And so yesterday evening, for the now traditional “Cumbidu” of Ferragosto, many tourists were hosted by the Muravera residents at the various tables set up, precisely, along the central stretch of via Roma (from Piazza Europa to the Paderi bar).

A great success, with about a thousand places available that were occupied in a very short time. "It's as if each family for one evening - said Carlo Deidda, the creator of the event in 2016 - cooked for five instead of three. We aim to increasingly rediscover the spirit of hospitality and welcome".

The tables were set by the associations of the town – under the direction of the Pro Loco of Muravera. Many delicacies were served such as, for example, malloreddus, roast suckling pig, cured meats, cheeses and pratzidas. In addition to desserts, wine and good music.
