He died peacefully in his home surrounded by the affection of his family and with Cagliari always in his heart. Every occasion was good for him to wear the rossoblù shirt. He also did it last August to celebrate his 101st birthday. He had talked about his past and his love for Cagliari. Soldi married Maria Cinus, now 79 years old, 62 years ago: a happy marriage with four children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
