Motorbike crashes into guardrail between Solanas and Torre delle Stelle: motorcyclist at Brotzu

The sixty-seven-year-old motorcyclist, MF, who was rushed to Brotzu yesterday after being involved in an accident on Provincial Road 17, between Solanas and Torre delle Stelle, is out of danger of life. The man is a resident of Cagliari (it is not clear whether he is originally from Sinnai, as initially emerged).
According to an initial reconstruction, he was riding a Ducati when, on the curves of the coastal road, he lost control and violently impacted the guardrail.
No other vehicles were involved. The Carabinieri of the Quartu company intervened. The injuries sustained in the crash are very serious. Urgently transported by ambulance to Brotzu, the sixty-seven-year-old underwent a CT scan that revealed numerous traumas and lesions. He is in intensive care and has regained consciousness.
