A 58-year-old worker was reported free by the Carabinieri of the Monserrato station on charges of threats and defamation against the mayor Tomaso Locci and the councilor Ignazio Tolu .
Yesterday, 15 December, the two representatives of the municipal administration were verbally attacked by the worker in the Town Hall Square in Via Maria Vergine: the reason would be linked to the increase in the Tari , even if minimal. Big words and insults would have flown. Then the incident was reported to the local police.
The suspect would first have heavily turned to the city councilor and then to the mayor himself. Today the police reported the alleged person responsible for the episode on the loose. A disconcerting story without, fortunately, physical aggression. A report on the matter was made to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Cagliari.
