He ended up in trial for abuse in the family and sexual violence, even during the trial hearing that took place in Cagliari last December 21st he held harassment and aggressive behavior, so much so that he was removed from the courtroom.

Yesterday in Sestu the station carabinieri together with colleagues from Sant'Andrea Frius arrested a 43-year-old following the order of imprisonment.

The complaint against him was filed in January 2020 by his ex-wife. The man was accompanied to the Uta prison.
