Man caught in car with ex-girlfriend he couldn't see, arrested

A judge had banned him from approaching his ex-partner because he was found guilty of domestic abuse. Yet yesterday, the Carabinieri in Cagliari caught him in the car with her. Thus, a 28-year-old resident of Pabillonis was arrested.
The incident occurred during a routine patrol, when the Carabinieri stopped a small car and, during the process of identifying the occupants, discovered that the man was traveling with his ex-partner, in violation of his obligations . Further investigation revealed that the young man was subject to a precautionary measure banning him from approaching the woman , a measure issued by the judicial authorities in connection with previous domestic abuse. The 28-year-old is currently under house arrest.
