Anyone who ventures into the Nuraghe Ruggiu area at night, into the health district clinic and the RSA, has to deal with the situation linked to the lack of lighting, bumpy roads, no signs and other inconveniences . On the old state road 129, up to the entrance to the clinic, there has been a complete lack of lighting for a few months. Lamps out of order, never replaced and many other inconveniences.

It is difficult for many to get to the doctor's office, housed in a room in the clinic. The situation is difficult especially for those who have to frequent the area sporadically. As soon as they leave the town, motorists have to make dangerous slaloms to avoid the potholes on the state road 129, which leads to Bosa and the exit towards the 131 for Sassari . Even worse when you turn to enter the area of the Nuraghe Ruggiu health complex. To get to the clinic and the RSA, you have to travel about 400 meters between curves and counter-curves, where the asphalt in certain sections is crumbling and where there is a total lack of signage , as well as lighting. The situation has been reported several times to the health management, also by the medical and paramedical staff who work in both complexes, but above all by many citizens.

Other inconveniences also occur. Given the limited availability of parking, it is difficult for public transport to maneuver between parked cars, which occupy all possible spaces. There is a situation of degradation where immediate intervention is needed, with the arrangement of the entrance road and the normalization of the lighting system.
