A 60-year-old woman from Nurallao was driving, and she tested positive for alcohol. The Carabinieri, once on site, subjected the woman to routine checks, discovering that the values were well over double the limit established by law.
In the impact both the car, a Peugeot 407 SW, and the house suffered serious damage but no other vehicles were involved.
The woman was reported for driving under the influence of alcohol and for causing an accident with serious damage. Her license was revoked while the car was placed under temporary administrative seizure for 30 days.
