There were moments of great apprehension yesterday evening in Lodè during the celebrations in honor of Sant'Antonio Abate . In two separate incidents , a 35-year-old and a local minor were injured , fortunately not seriously.

The first episode took place in the square where the big bonfire was being set up which is lit every year on the eve of the day dedicated to the holy abbot. PF flew off the load placed on a tractor trolley, hitting his head violently on the ground . Rescued from 118 he was transferred to the San Francesco di Nuoro hospital where he was kept under observation due to a severe head trauma. Fortunately, his condition has always remained stable.

Immediately afterwards the rescue car had to be restarted due to an accident involving a minor who had sat on the edge of the trunk of a car, then rear-ended by another car that was following her closely, injuring the boy's legs . Also in this case the race to San Francesco di Nuoro started, where the minor was sent home after careful checks that had not revealed any serious injuries.
