From Germany to Sardinia to fulfill a dream. Thus, Daniel, a beautiful 7-year-old boy who emigrated to the city of Oldenburg and was born in San Gavino Monreale in 2018 with a severe deformity in all four limbs, missing feet and hands, was able to meet the AC Milan players for an emotional moment he will never forget. He was joined by his mother Erika, his father Giuseppe, his little sister, and volunteers from the Charlie Brown association, which made the meeting possible at the Thotel in Cagliari, where the AC Milan players were staying.

"When my son Daniel saw Leao," his mother Erika recounts , "he ran up to him, all happy, and shouted his name. The players—Gabbia, Bartesaghi, Ricci, Leao, and Rabiot—were very kind to Daniel: they hugged him, asked his name, and asked if he wanted to take a picture. The players signed our shirts and exchanged a few words with Daniel."
