A precautionary custody order signed by the investigating judge of the Cagliari court was executed this evening as part of the investigation into the murder of Leonardo Mocci , the 23-year-old from Villacidro killed in Piazza Settimio Severo in Monserrato during the night between Wednesday 22nd and Thursday 23rd April .

The Carabinieri of the Cagliari investigative unit executed the order signed by the preliminary investigations judge.

The addressees of the order are the three young men investigated so far in the robbery and murder investigation conducted by prosecutors Enrico Lussu and Diana Lecca: the brothers Gianmarco and Filippo Tunis , from Pirri, aged 23 and 19, and Daniel Campus , from Quartu, aged 22.

Defense lawyers for those arrested arrived at the Carabinieri station on Via Nuoro in Cagliari this evening. The Tunis brothers are being represented by Riccardo Floris: "We will read the documents and decide how to proceed."
