Six years in prison for repeated sexual violence against a young girl: this is the sentence that closes the first instance trial (in abbreviated form) on events that occurred in La Maddalena in 2018.

A 50-year-old man from Sassari was found responsible for two incidents of rape involving a 15-year-old student as the victim. The alleged perpetrator of the violence would have approached the girl after an initial contact on social media, then managed to convince her to see him in La Maddalena.

A first episode would have taken place on board a car, the second in a house, the very young victim would have been tied up and raped. The minor is a civil party in the trial, assisted by Emanuela Provenzano. The man, defended by the lawyer Patrizia Marcori, has always said he is innocent.
