If there had been the Lilla Flag, at the time of Garibaldi, this would certainly have been recognized on the island of Caprera where the Hero, with the progressive increase of his motor disability, had the necessary adjustments and modifications made to allow him to move both inside and outside, where he continued to follow the activities, jobs and crops.
Lilla Flag, which this year was recognized to the Municipality of La Maddalena for having undertaken a process of interventions which already partially allow and will allow to make the Municipality increasingly accessible and inclusive, and which takes on particular significance today 3 December, International Day of people with disabilities.
Returning to Caprera, today's visitors will be illustrated, the museums inform, "the new accessibility projects, some nearing completion at the Giuseppe Garibaldi Memorial, such as the installation of points for detecting QR codes useful for accessing historical content in various languages, and projects already completed and to be implemented in the Garibaldi Compendium".
