The event is now among the most anticipated of the year: today, Friday 15 December, at 6 pm the show of the lighting of the Christmas House of Senorbì is renewed. In the villa in via Margotti of the Spiga family the decorations will remain up until the end of the Christmas holidays.
Creations by the owner of the house, Ignazio Spiga, a well-known entrepreneur in the plant engineering sector and a true lover of luminous decorations, who together with his family and with the help of his collaborators, gives the citizens and the many visitors a unique show with the colours and magic of Christmas .
"The goal is always the same - the entrepreneur emphasizes - to give a little light and joy especially to the many children who are waiting for this moment". The initiative has been repeated for 15 years, yet the show is never the same. Even today some new features will be presented.
From tonight until the end of the holidays, Via Margotti will be a pilgrimage destination for many people who want to take a souvenir photo near the most illuminated house in Sardinia . For children, it is simply Santa Claus's home. "It is for their smile that we take on all this effort every year," says Spiga, who on several occasions has improvised as a tourist guide, accompanying visitors to discover the beauties of the house and the garden.
