This morning the municipal police of Assemini had the posters removed from the city newsstands with which, as has been the case every day for years, in every municipality on the island, L'Unione Sarda announced to readers the title of the main local news.

In this case the news is political: the surprising invitation made on Friday evening by Psd'Az to its members and supporters to vote, in the run-off to be held tomorrow and Monday, for the candidate Mario Puddu, the city's former mayor of Grillino.

News with not only local but also regional implications which instead, according to the 5 Star Movement which supports the other candidate in the running, the former councilor Diego Corrias, would be a "political propaganda message" which would violate the rules on electoral silence.
