He built four prefabricated buildings without authorization on the edge of the Gutturu Mannu Park, in a restricted area: the Forestry Commission reports an entrepreneur.
The staff of the Pula Forestry Station intervened in the Su Spagnolu area, in the Sarroch area. During the inspection, the construction of four prefabricated buildings equipped with permanent technological systems, installed after excavation and levelling of the land, was discovered on agricultural land .
The Forestry Commission reports that the area is subject to landscape restrictions and is among those considered to be at greatest risk of illegal building, "as it has already been affected in the past by unauthorised transformation works, which have damaged a context of high environmental value".
Even though they are prefabricated and not predominantly masonry works, a note states, «the crime of illegal building fully exists under current legislation, since the construction material used to build permanent works is irrelevant, especially those intended for residential use».
The buildings and land were seized and the measure was validated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Cagliari . The owner, an entrepreneur, was reported to the judicial authorities for the construction of building works without the necessary building permit and landscape authorization.
