Iglesias, dramatic crash in the night: two 17-year-olds die

Two 17-year-old boys , Aurora Marcia and Riccardo Lai , died during the night on the State Road 130 , at the junction for the town of Iglesias .
They were travelling on a scooter which, for reasons yet to be ascertained, violently crashed into a car , a Range Rover Epoque .
The alarm was raised around 1am , but despite the prompt arrival of medical personnel there was nothing that could be done for them : the rescuers could do nothing but confirm their death.
The driver of the car was unharmed and, when subjected to first aid and checks by medical personnel, was found to be in a state of confusion .
On site 118, the police for the surveys and whatever was within their competence and the fire brigade, who took care of securing the vehicles and the road surface.
