A 56-year-old worker , originally from a center in Anglona, died in the Olbia hospital due to the very serious consequences of an accident that occurred on a construction site in Tempio. The man was in a coma, his hospitalization dates back to the end of July.
The worker was working on a wall for the preparation of a concrete casting and for reasons to be ascertained he lost his balance and fell from a height of almost four metres . The damage caused by a violent blow to the head was irreparable. The Prosecutor of Tempio is investigating the umpteenth white death in Gallura.
The investigation, entrusted to the staff of Spresal (the labor inspectors of the Olbia Local Health Authority) and to the Carabinieri, would also concern the alleged failure to report the accident at work at the time of hospitalization of the victim.
