Dozens of requests for intervention, with the 115 teams that went into action to drain several flooded basements in the Cannigione and Monticanaglia area and between Marinella and Porto Rotondo.

Due to the rain, the pedestrian underpass leading to the archaeological area of the nuraghe Albucciu in Arzachena was also closed, where the water level reached three meters.

A family was rescued in Arzachena during the night.

Six people in total were rescued during the peak of bad weather. An elderly couple was rescued in a villa in Porto Rotondo, completely invaded by the waters of a small flooded river. In Arzachena 4 people were pulled out of their cars.

There were also landslides and landslides caused by the overflow of some streams in the local roads near the Provinciale 59 between the junction for San Pantaleo and Santa Teresina. Here the firefighters have carried out checks and safety measures.
