Fire in Sarroch, the fire devours a hectare of Mediterranean scrub

Fire this morning in a wooded area in Sarroch , in the "Su Gattaresti" area.
On the spot the personnel of the Forestry Corps of the Pula Station who requested the support of the helicopter of the Fire Service of the Forestry Corps from the CFVA Operating Base of Fenosu.
The timely intervention meant that the fire did not spread to the rest of the vegetation , made up of Mediterranean scrub. The area covered by the fire is about 1 hectare .
A team from the Barracelli di Sarroch and a team from the Fire Brigade from Cagliari also took part in the shutdown.
The investigations of the causes of the trigger are underway by the judicial police.
