He was driving drunk, and behind the wheel of a car without insurance and registration certificate.
A 40-year-old ended up in trouble in Capoterra. Around one in the morning, he was checked in Piazza Sardegna by the carabinieri. Subjected to an ethometer test by the military of the Cagliari Radiomobile, a blood alcohol level was found equal to 1.01 grams per liter (first assessment), and 1.03 grams per liter (second assessment).
The man was denounced on the loose for driving under the influence of alcohol, and sanctioned for the absence of insurance coverage and the registration certificate of the car, and was placed under administrative seizure.
