Crash on 387, a 32 year old young man dies: the friend who was driving escaped
The victim is Daniele Picciau, from Dolianova: he was in the front passenger seat. A thirty-eight-year-old who was driving without a license was untraceable and two boys were injured

His name was Daniele Picciau, 32 years old, from Dolianova , the victim of the tragic crash which occurred shortly after 4 this morning on Highway 387, in the Soleminis area. Two other young people were injured. While the driver of the car, who fled after the crash, is untraceable. All those involved are from Dolianova.
The BMW was traveling towards Cagliari when it lost grip on the asphalt and crashed into the guardrail. The impact was fatal for Picciau, who was traveling in the front passenger seat.
The owner of the vehicle, Nicola Dessì, 28, was also on board and suffered serious consequences. He and another friend who was sitting in the back were taken by ambulance, between Policlinico and Brotzu.
However, there was a thirty-eight year old man from NI behind the wheel: he was driving without a licence. After the crash he ran away and was not found either at home or in the hospital.
The police are looking for him. The Radiomobile soldiers are working on the findings and on the traces of the fugitive with their colleagues from Donori and Dolianova.
