Road accident yesterday late afternoon in Via Matteotti in Sant'Antioco.

In the collision between a scooter and a car, a couple from Somma Lombardo came out on top. Due to his injuries, UB, 50 years old, and his wife were transported respectively to the Brotzu hospital in Cagliari and to the Monserrato Polyclinic, respectively.

They were traveling on the motorbike which, following the collision, which occurred at moderate speed, ended up on the ground and he hit his head.

The dynamics of the accident are unclear and are being investigated by local police officers who intervened on site together with 2 ambulances.
