«I learned one good thing in the Cagliari fans' stand, the Sconvolts: the lesson of 'Enough Blades, Enough Infamous People'».

Sardinian MP Salvatore "Sasso" Deidda, a member of the Brothers of Italy party, uses a motto from the Rossoblu ultras to explain his position on the proposed tougher penalties for carrying and using knives. This issue has dramatically returned to the center of debate following the death of a student at a La Spezia school, who was fatally shot by a classmate during a romantic argument.

"In Sardinia," says Deidda, "there's an ancient skill in making beautiful knives, even to give as gifts, but they're used in the kitchen, for eating. Not to kill or harm people. You're not stronger with a blade. Even stronger," he concludes, "must be the cry 'Enough Blades and Enough Infamy'."
