The Tempio Pausania prosecutor's office is gathering the results of the technical investigations into the murder of Cinzia Pinna, the woman killed (September 2025) on the Conca Entosa estate in Palau and dumped in the open countryside. The material comprises nearly a thousand pages, made available to prosecutor Noemi Mancini.
According to the little that has leaked from the judicial offices, Emanuele Ragnedda's latest version is shaky. Ballistics testing rules out the possibility that the victim was standing in front of Ragnedda. Cinzia Pinna was apparently struck by bullets while sitting on a couch, less than two meters between her and the man who killed her. However, Ragnedda's theory—that she was attacked—is supported by the businessman's blood found in the room where the tragedy occurred. No evidence of sexual assault was found.
Another important piece of information confirms the version provided by Ragnedda's partner, Rosa Maria Elvo. The woman, under investigation for aiding and abetting, has always maintained that she didn't clean the house in Conca Entosa after the crime, and DNA tests have provided evidence to support this. A victory for the woman's defense, as lawyer Francesco Furnari had immediately ruled out his client's involvement.
Luca Franciosi's situation, however, is becoming more complicated (he's under investigation for aiding and abetting), and further investigations will be necessary. Among the objects found is a porcelain mask, which reportedly contains traces of blood—something believed to be Ragnedda's blood. The object was apparently on a table.
