The District Prosecutor's Office of Cagliari has entrusted the task of carrying out an assessment on seized mobile phones and computers to four people, all accused of having exchanged photos and videos containing child pornography with a 45-year-old man, originally from a center in Alta Gallura, now detained in Uta prison.

The man had been arrested by the Carabinieri of the Compagnia di Tempio on charges of sexual abuse and "child pornography shows" against his eight-year-old son. The consultancy ordered by the Cagliari prosecutors was entrusted to the IT expert Mauro Sanna. The investigation (conducted by the military in a town in Alta Gallura) into the alleged abuse against an eight-year-old child, violence alleged against the father, is rapidly expanding.

According to rumours, the victim was photographed and the images were sent to other subjects (including in the Peninsula) who are now being identified and reported one after the other. Photos of another minor would have been found and the child would have already been identified. And the case now also has implications on a civil level, the lawyer Monica Liguori, lawyer for the mother of the eight-year-old child, the first alleged victim indicated in the investigation, has obtained a provision that prohibits any contact between the child and his father.
