Chefs, artists, volunteers and inmates: in Badu 'e Carros “a lunch of love”

The Badu 'e Carros prison is in the spotlight this time for “the other kitchen, for a love lunch”, the eleventh edition of an initiative born from the personal experience of chef Filippo La Mantia, unjustly accused of complicity in massacres . The man spent six months in solitary confinement at the age of 26, an occasion during which he learned to cook with the food received from his relatives. Then the idea of an event that in recent days has touched, in addition to Badu 'e Carros, also the penal colony of Mamone.
