The protagonist is a 27-year-old Bengali, who in the past had lived in the same house and who attacked the victims in an attempt to flee. The attempt was in vain, in reality, as the man was promptly blocked by the police who had intervened on the spot in the meantime.
Furthermore, from further investigations, the foreigner was the recipient of a decree of expulsion from the national territory. Therefore, he was also denounced for non-compliance with the provision.
The man was arrested for "improper robbery" and taken to prison in Uta, at the disposal of the judicial authorities.
