Intervention by the firefighters at the former Dopolavoro in piazza Caterina Cittadini, corner with via Mazzini, in Carbonia : fragments of cement collapsed from the ceiling of the historic building of the city of Fondazione.

Luckily they didn't hit anyone because in the afternoon no one was passing under the arcades of the building. Some portions of the ceiling that had detached had important dimensions. The call to the fire brigade was immediate and the teams in charge finished removing dangerous pieces of plaster and rubble. The area was then widely delimited and forbidden to transit.

It is not the first time that the firefighters find themselves intervening in the center and in the suburbs for continuous detachments from buildings that are now at least 80 years old, but in some cases also from buildings built in later years.
