The presence of mice in the garden, which had already been reported for several weeks by the school management, has forced students at the Angioy Technical Institute in Carbonia to skip classes today.

The students, almost entirely , staged a protest in front of the school, demanding further sanitation interventions that, however, the company appointed by the Province of South Sardinia had already begun to implement for some time.

But it would not have been enough: the recent report of the presence of some rats among the shrubs in the peripheral areas of the garden, near via Costituente, pushed the students to protest despite the reassurances of the school management regarding the total absence of health and hygiene risks.
