The urban redevelopment program promoted by the city administration continues, announcing the launch of a series of interventions designed to improve the safety and decor of some of the city center's main thoroughfares. Overall, the planned investments exceed €900,000.
Among the projects already awarded are those on Via Marconi, worth €330,000. The project includes extraordinary maintenance work, the installation of a rainwater management system to reduce the risk of flooding, the construction of new sidewalks, and the complete asphalting of the roadway. Work on Via Carlo Alberto has also been awarded, with an investment of €300,000. The main innovation here will be the installation of a new granite paving, intended to upgrade one of the town's most important thoroughfares. Construction work will begin in the coming days. Further work will involve Via Roma and Via San Francesco. A €300,000 allocation has been earmarked for these two streets, and the tender process for the contracts will begin next week. The project also includes the construction of new sidewalks, rainwater collection and drainage systems, and the complete resurfacing of the road.
