Cala Luna, falls on the sailboat stairs: it's serious

He fell from the access stairs to the lower deck in a sailboat moored in front of Cala Luna , in the Gulf of Orosei, in the Nuoro area, being injured in the back .

A 54-year-old yachtsman from Turin was transferred to a spinal stretcher and transferred to the Olbia Coast Guard patrol boat to the port of Cala Gonone. From here, the 118 ambulance transferred him to the San Francesco di Nuoro hospital .

According to the first investigations, he suffered a severe trauma to his back and his conditions are serious but his life is not in danger.
