One year after the discovery of worrying cracks in the buildings, today via Dettori in Cagliari was reopened to pedestrian traffic.

The arrangement works and the expert assessment operations ordered by the court have been concluded. The municipal administration decided to close the excavations that had been opened to allow the interventions and the construction of the flooring.

Furthermore, access to the properties between house numbers 29 and 45, previously declared unusable, was authorized again.

While we await the definitive consolidation of the building on the opposite side, where the shoring system installed by the Municipality still remains standing, in addition to the reopening to transit, authorization has been given to residents to be able to regain possession of the properties.
