A cold shower for the owner of the business, which has been open for many years on one of the busiest streets in the city center: "It was our mistake," explains Claudia Carrus. "We recently changed our company name, and due to an oversight, we didn't think to update it to the tax registry."
Not an isolated case
Not a tax evasion story, then. But a costly oversight: the municipal offices didn't mince their words. Further investigations have uncovered other similar situations.
"Following checks carried out by the Tax Office, it was found that the company BBc Srls is not registered" in the waste tax registers: this emerges from the provision of the Department of Productive Activities.

The offices have declared the concession forfeiture, which is effective immediately.
